Former Prime Minister David Cameron has been filmed admitting that Brexit isn’t going as badly as he expected. Speaking to Indian steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal he stated that regarding Brexit “It’s frustrating, as I keep saying it’s a mistake not a disaster. It’s turned out less badly than we first thought but it’s still going to be difficult”.
Cameron apparently didn’t realise that his voice was being recorded. His conversation was recorded during the 2018 meeting of the World Economic Forum, an annual meeting of around 2,500 of the world’s top politicians and business leaders which takes place at the Swiss ski resort of Davos.
