NUT Tightens Censorship at Conference

The NUT have told their members not to tweet any speeches or motions during the conference.

The National Union of Teachers, whose annual conference is taking place this week, has instructed participants not to tweet any of the motions or any of the details of the motions being debated.

We wonder what’s on the agenda that requires the NUT to bypass transparency. Perhaps they’re trying to avoid the same embarrassment that the NUS went through two weeks ago.

Whatever is causing them to censor free speech we certainly hope it’s worth a round of jazz hands…
